Policy

To the extent possible, OSU CHS will act to mitigate any harmful effect of a violation of HIPAA. As necessary, OSU Risk Management, the State of Oklahoma Office of Risk Management and OSU Legal Counsel will be involved in the assessment of damages and possible steps for mitigation.
