Purpose	To identify the designated Security Official for CHS
Policy	Designation of the HIPAA security official for CHS will be appointed by the oversight committee.
Procedure	Designation of a security official for CHS will be appointed by the HIPAA oversight committee as required. Official designation will be recorded in meeting minutes and identification/contact information for that official will be posted to the CHS Centernet HIPAA web page.
