Purpose	Isolate Clearinghouse Functions
Policy	OSU does not operate as a clearinghouse, but utilizes a separate clearinghouse for claims transmission.
Procedure	The vendor contracted with the clearinghouse for OSU and has a Business Associate Agreement in place. Claims are submitted to the vendor. The vendor sends a report back showing what was received. The vendor submits claims to the clearinghouse.
