Purpose

To ensure that all workstations that have access to EPHI are restricted to authorized users.

Policy

All computers that have access to EPHI are to be implemented with specific safeguards and restrictions to ensure that only authorized personnel have the needed access.

Procedures

These procedures are defined in the Workstation Use and Physical Access Controls policies.
